Timesheets
Our next outing is in Rush on 6 October at 10.30 am with a shotgun start. As usuall we will hold our AGM immediately afterwards so as to enable everyone to attend. Its important we have a full attendance at both the outing and the agm. Remember this is the perfect platform for the members to have a say and imput in the running of our society. As usuall we are always looking for new members to come on the committee.
The timesheet is now open and we expect a full attendance. As usual, visitors are welcome.
Contact Andy @0851743138 if you wish to play.
The Rush Time sheet can now be viewed here : Rush Timesheet
If you are having a problem downloading the sheet please make sure to check the download folder. We ask everyone to arrive at least 30 minutes before your tee time and be available to tee off at least 10 minutes before your nominated time. Again, we ask for your patience and co-operation at each outing. Some golf clubs this year are insisting we pay a percentage of slots booked so if you are on the time sheet but cannot play, the Committee would be very grateful if you will inform them at your earliest convenience. You may also be preventing others from participating. Also, we are still looking for anyone that borrowed a Jubilee booklet at Donabate to return same at your earliest convenience.

[/arrow_list] Extracts from Captain’s Letter, 2010 in relation to tee time adherence: “There is considerable pressure on visiting Societies to keep to their allotted tee-times. We have to be respectful to the host Members that we do not overrun into their tee-time slots. Your Committee has discussed this and decided that if society members arrive late, they will be asked to wait until the end, allowing the designated players to tee-off on-time, so as to keep the time sheet on schedule. If there is time available before the local Members’ time, well and good, but please be aware that the Official Starters at our host clubs may strictly enforce their Members’ time. If anyone is running late on the day, please ring Noel or Willie so that we can do our best to get you out playing”.
